Bamboo Hale Cottage:


By the Night ( five-night minimum)
          — $150 per night
Vacation Rental (Seven days or longer)
          — $950 per week ($135 per night)

Passionfruit Suite:


By the night ( five-night minimum)
          — $125 per night
Vacation Rental (seven days or longer)
          — $800 per week ($115 per night)

Policies:

  • All rental rates are subject to 12.42% state tax.
  • There is a clean-out fee of $80. If the rental is very dirty upon departure, an additional cleaning fee of $50 may apply.
  • Additional persons (over 2 guests): $15/night extra per person. When placing a reservation please mention the number of guests who will be staying. Families may ask us for a discount on a second child.
  • We require a 50% rental deposit to hold your booking. You will receive a confirmation and receipt letter, along with a map with directions to Honua Lani Gardens. Balance is due the day after arrival.
  • As a security deposit, we take your credit card information upon arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival (by written notice) is subject to full forfeiture. Refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made if we are successful in re-renting the space.
  • The Guest House has ADA accessibility.
